Wellbeing, a PartnerMD weight loss and lifestyle modification program, is based on the best and most current research on successful weight loss for a lifetime.

Classes are held on Wednesdays for 12 consecutive weeks. Participation is limited to ensure personal attention, an intimate group experience and optimized learning environment.

About the Program

Losing weight is a natural byproduct of healthy lifestyle changes. Wellbeing is designed to help you to create new and healthy habits that support permanent change and long-term success. 

  • 12-week structured weight loss and lifestyle modification program
  • Medically supervised, includes pre and post doctor visits, before and after blood work and other health indicators to measure overall wellness, not just weight loss,
  • Weekly in-person group meetings for instruction and informal discussion
  • One-on-one coaching with a certified health coach and Wellbeing weight loss expert
  • Ongoing support and accountability available to promote long-term success after the formal program ends
